Keith Schneider, President and CEO
Keith Schneider is President of Networkfleet, a leader in wireless vehicle management. Schneider has extensive experience in leading and building businesses in the wireless industry. Most recently, before joining the Networkfleet team, he served as vice president of indirect distribution for Sprint Nextel Communications.
While at Nextel, Schneider was responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of key programs and policies supporting Nextel’s local and national third party indirect channels. Prior to this role, he served as the area president of New England operations, a $200 M business where he had full profit and loss responsibility and managed sales and distribution, marketing, finance, operations, human resources, service and repair. Schneider began his Nextel career as a general manager in Southern California, launching and building one of Nextel’s first and largest markets.
Schneider is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton, with a bachelor of science in international marketing and holds a masters of arts in management from John F. Kennedy University. He also participated in the Strategy Business Leadership Certificate program at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
Diego A. Borrego, Founder and Vice President of Product Engineering
Diego A. Borrego is Founder and Vice President of Product Engineering of Networkfleet. His current responsibilities include leading the engineering and manufacturing teams for Networkfleet.
In 1999, Borrego was runner-up in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) 50K Entrepreneurship Competition with a project that would eventually become Networkfleet. He served as Director of Product Development for Networkfleet for two years. Prior to his return to Networkfleet, he was Chief Engineer, Restraint Systems Electronics with Delphi, Inc. in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. While at Delphi, Inc., he established engineering and design teams in north and central Mexico, dedicated to the design and manufacture of airbag computers. He also served in various capacities with Delphi, Inc. prior to this.
Borrego holds an M.S. degree in Technology Management and M.B.A. from MIT. He holds six patents and has three pending.
Tamara Chamberlin, Vice President of Sales
Tamara Chamberlin is the Vice President of Sales for Networkfleet. Chamberlin brings strong leadership in developing and executing an integrated channel strategy to the team from her extensive experience in leading and building indirect distribution in the wireless industry. She is responsible for the growth and overall success of the indirect sales group.
Before joining Networkfleet, Chamberlin served as the west region general manager for Clearwire, a Craig McCaw wireless Internet start up. Prior to Clearwire, she served in director level roles for almost all distribution channels at Sprint Nextel, where she managed channels at the field, market, and region levels.
Chamberlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in telecommunications from Texas Tech University. She also participated in the Strategy Business Leadership Certificate program at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
Joshua Haims, CPA, Vice President of Finance
Joshua Haims is the Vice President of Finance for Networkfleet. In this role, Haims uses his extensive skills in finance, accounting, operations, and supply chain management to drive all financial activities for the organization.
Prior to joining Networkfleet, Haims served as the vice president of finance and operations at InfoSonics. In other previous roles he gained experience in a variety of corporate settings ranging from start-ups such as Global Centric Networks and Slopecycle to established companies like IBM, Bloomingdales, and KPMG Peat Marwick. Haims has a proven track record of successfully managing SOX implementation and compliance, SEC reporting, capital acquisitions, capital management, financial planning and analysis, product development, strategic business development, as well as system design and implementation.
Haims holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Tulane University’s A. B. Freeman School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Anne Perry, Vice President of Operations
Anne Perry is Vice President of Operations for Networkfleet. She is responsible for leading the strategic direction and implementation of all Field Operations, Customer Service, Project Management, Manufacturing, Fulfillment, Inventory, and Service & Repair functions.
She brings an extensive background in operations and project management to the organization. Perry owned a consulting business in South Africa that she later sold before moving to Britain where she consulted for Sony Music. In her next venture, she worked for a technology company in the Netherlands which brought Perry to the US, 7 years ago. She has honed her skills and brings a wealth of business knowledge to Networkfleet from working with world-known companies like IBM, JD Edwards, Eveready, and Coca-Cola. Her international experience coupled with her exceptional communication and productive, ambitious nature allows her to consistently drive success.
Perry obtained her Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in South Africa, majoring in psychology and languages.
Craig Whitney, Vice President of Marketing
Craig Whitney is the Vice President of Marketing for Networkfleet. Whitney, an industry veteran with more than twenty-five years experience in technology marketing and product management, is responsible for formulating and implementing the marketing strategy and tactical plans to support the Networkfleet brand and leading market position.
Before joining Networkfleet, Whitney was senior director of marketing for Experian Business Information Solutions. Prior to Experian, he was vice president of marketing for Stone Analytics, a software company that specialized in predictive analytics. He has also held executive marketing and product management positions at Harte-Hanks Market Intelligence, Ziff-Davis Market Intelligence and Computer Intelligence.
Whitney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from San Diego State University.
Wade Williams, Vice President of Software Engineering
Wade Williams is the Vice President of Software Engineering for Networkfleet. He is responsible for the management, development and deployment of Networkfleet's software solutions.
Williams, who joined Networkfleet in 2000, was instrumental in the development of the original Networkfleet software and is co-inventor on two U.S. patents awarded to the company for Internet-based Vehicle Diagnostic Systems. Prior to joining Networkfleet, he served as senior software engineer for the United Nations International Labor Organization (ILO), where he worked to modernize an aging IT infrastructure. Prior to the ILO, he served in various capacities with Science Applications International Corporation, implementing electronic toll road and wireless vehicle identification systems and information systems solutions.
Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Mathematics from Point Loma Nazarene University. He also sits on the Web Services Advisory Board of the University of California, San Diego Extension Program.
